OVERVIEW:
Yuuko uses her ability to manipulate wind currents around her blade to put additional force at the end of her strikes. The end result is she can do more damage in less hits, therefore conserving her energy.

Yuuko's Ocular targeting allows her to be able to pinpoint physical weak spots on an opponent's body. However, she cannot lock onto more than one target at a time and her vision is only able to focus on that target. Everything else becomes hazy and blurred, and it's very difficult to see anything in general. If the ability is utilized for too long, it can cause headaches due to the sudden change in vision. That is why it's best to only use it for a few seconds, then quickly switch back. Staring at your opponent for a long time isn't exactly effective anyways, since they can always just kill you when you're standing there and trying to figure out how to kill them. So, small increments of usage is the only way to make good use of this ability. When Yuuko is using this ability, no Sigil appears. But, veins near her eyes and just on her head in general will pop out a little if she's focusing on a target too hard. Through Yuuko's eyes, the target's weak points will appear as large red spots on the target's body.

Hell's Gales is a skill that is basically an improvement upon Yuuko's "windforce strike". Yuuko is now able to create powerful winds at speeds up to sixty miles per hour. This speed of winds will tear off roofs from frame houses, uproot trees, demolish mobile homes, and possibly overturn cars. So, a direct hit with this ability would knock you off your feet and throw you back quite a ways. Yuuko can use this ability as long as she has the energy to do so. It takes a lot of energy and focus to use it though, and if she slips up it can cause a bit of chaos. They are also only small buffets of wind that last for about five seconds. She has a fifty meter radius, and when she swings her sword towards her target the buffet of wind will ripple through the air and go straight towards her opponent.

Basic, profound, and effective.

1] Ocular Targeting: Clarify that it can only isolate PHYSICAL weaknesses - and exterior ones too.

2] Hell's Gale: Kind of broad; can you change it so it's not just "summoning winds" so much as creating gale-force buffets? The way it reads implies that she can essentially have omnidirectional control over 60mph winds everywhere she is - they should be straight-line, directional buffets of wind.

3] Hell's Gale: How long can she hold a buffet of wind for? Is it an extended period of time or just a momentary, instantaneous attack?

4] Hell's Gale: Need a radius for how far outwards she can use this from her. Say a circular radius of 50m around her person or so for launching these wind buffets is fine. Also, clarify: do they stem from her, or just come into existence NEAR the target?
