OVERVIEW:
- The sigil is engraved into a bracelet that she wears on her wrist.  So when she touches whomever she is healing, it might flash beneath or through her clothes as she holds her other hand over the wound.  So she requires both hands in order to really apply this.
- Jinhong is the fighter, and Pulean is the healer and backup fighter.  Her evocation manifests itself as a skill that allows her to heal minor wounds or at least improve serious ones.  

Here are two examples: If its a light cut, she can knit it back together and smooth the skins without a hint of a scar.  If its a deep claw wound, then she can at least stop her sister or whomever from bleeding out.  If she's lucky, she could possibly heal damaged muscle tissue.  

In essence its allowing her to apply first aid quickly and without all of the actual equipment necessarily.  It can't do much, it isn't fancy or pretty, but it'll at least keep you from dying.

- The second sigil is engraved on another bracelet that she wears on her other wrist, also needing both hands in order to use the skill.  Again, once she touches whomever she is healing, it might flash a bit beneath her clothes.
- Now Pulean can cure more serious wounds.  These are the deeper cuts, completely healing over more minor ones as if it were nothing.  She can minorly repair bones if broken, however she can't completely with this second skill.  With this second skill she can definitely heal a deep claw wound and other equivalents as well as heal damaged muscle tissue.  It might not be a full recovery depending on how serious the damaged muscle, but she could certainly make it better.  As would be expected, she requires even more concentration in order to heal these wounds that is, of course, uninterrupted.  

-The third sigil is engraved on the back of her blue stone touching her neck of the matching choker that she and her sister wear all the time.  It has the same requirements and things as the previous sigils.
-With this final upgrade on level 2, she can now cure the most serious and critical of wounds.  If you are dying, she can probably save you unless you are literally exploded into tiny pieces.  She probably can't reattach all of your limbs all at the same time, but she MIGHT be able to do one.  Emphasis on the MIGHT.  Limbs are difficult and require a mega shit ton of concentration that is NOT INTERRUPTED.  BECAUSE IT ISN'T EASY TO DO THIS CRAP YOU KNOW.
