Blank's Evocation: Devil Eye

It's actually kind of hard to place Devil's Eye in either category, it manifests abilities that are quite clearly a skill but through the medium of his artiicially generated eye. It's probably easier to call it a split skill.

OVERVIEW:
The Devil's Eye is Blank's special ability and technically his only evocation but the form it takes changes depending on what skill he's using. When in Inferis, the ability activates automatically, Blank gathers Soul Energy into his body and the energy regenerates a replacement eye in the empty socket, taking around 2 minutes. This eye allows him to see Soul Energy as a baseline aspect but it's main power is allowing him to generate force from Soul Energy. How he utilises this varies wildly but the pattern of the eye is an indicator of what he's going to do, the pattern is usually representative of his equipped skill (although he can use a maximum of 2 at a time so the combinations can grow exponentially). The eye itself is always red and black in some measure, usually it's a swirling mess when not active but when set into a solid evocation it changes form to resemble a sigil or symbol.

At his current level the only evocation he can still use is Cannon. Gathering Soul Energy into his eye, Blank charges an attack before launching a bubble of force at his opponent. The size and speed of this bubble are obviously connected, bigger bubbles are slower but hit a wider area like a car, smaller ones can be shot like a cannonball and pierce through things but require greater accuracy (harder than it sounds when firing it from your eye itself), the smallest he can generate is the size of his pupil, and the largest is a 6 foot diameter ball, the size of his eye is the largest he can make it while still retaining enough speed to pierce. The pros to this are he can use it to affect things (such as himself, since he can choose to use the kickback to move himself faster) and he can generate quite a few of them but the cons are that the larger the orb the more energy it takes and the longer the recharge time. Blank can manage one eyeball sized shot per round and a giant one every two.

While he uses his own Soul Energy to fire this attack, the eye is generated out of ambient energy which makes you wonder how exactly his evocation works since it's automatic upon entering Inferis. It's why Blank wonders if he lost a finger would he generate a replacement in Inferis. When he utilises Cannon, Blank's eye becomes black with a red crosshair symbol in it.

1] The image for his sigil is infact an image of the man you said you wanted to use for an uncle of a cousin. Is that right, or were you planning on using another? XD
