An unholy combination of flesh and metal, Scrap Corpses are some of the more commonly seen creatures of the Blightscape. This breed of demon was created as a side experiment during one of the technology ages. These mechanical nightmares have a most unique body structure. They constantly consume any form of metal they can find, which in return naturally transmutes into the creature's body, reinforcing it tremendously. Additionally, Scrap Corpses also harvest organs from both living and dead biological creatures. It is unknown exactly what the purpose of this is, but some say that the organs enhance the bodies of the corpses in a similar way to how they transmute metal.

Abilities: Like many demons in the Blightscape, Scrap Corpses have a corrosive acid in their mouths that allow them to chew through sturdy metals and flesh. They are also exceptionally durable against equipment based attacks, being reinforced with metal exoskeletons. Other than that, however, the demons behave like typical plague zombies, mindlessly wandering at a slow pace in search of their next meal.

Miscellaneous Notes: For whatever reason, Scrap Corpses are exceptionally vulnerable to mind control techniques.
