OVERVIEW:

-> With but a thought Legion can break him self into a number of individual demons. These demons for the most part are nearly exact replicas of the original body, with only minor differences being detectable. These spawned demons can contain any part of the total host contained with in legion. So he could create one body containing 1999 demons and another containing one 1 or any other combination.

-> Legion knows where all parts of Its host is at all times, no matter the distance, no matter the circumstance. Their minds linked together in such a way that when one part knows something so to do all the others. Also, this ability allows the main Legion host (I.E. The body that contains the most individual demons) to recall all of its other bodies in a blink of an eye.

-> With a simple touch Legion can overwhelm and absorb lesser beings. All he need do is lay a hand, tentacle or any other type of appendage on another individual. When this is done he can draw said person into the hive mind that is Legion and make them a part of Its collective whole. For more sentient creatures , its not such a fast process taking at least a post per character level to absorb them there by replacing lost or destroyed souls. In the case of pc's absorbed, their souls are much stronger then the mindless beings that Legion usually consumes and replace fifty souls per character level.

-> Legion can spawn various body parts all over Its body, from hands and arms to heads, eyes and anything else It wills. These body parts are fully functional of course and contain the same strength as the "original" parts that are normally part of Legions Body(s).

-> By focusing and moving the concentration of demons with in Its body Legion can cause any part of him to expand and grow. Most often this is used to turn his arm(s) into large and rather destructive claw the size of a bus. This oddly enough this does not limit its dexterity or range of motion, and the Demon Its self has no difficulty moving the enlarged body parts.

-> Legion can launch small parts of him self(I.E. demons that he has contained with in him self) out at those about him. If these projectiles connect with an individual Legion can "possess" the individual in question(Human or not). Taking control of their body and forcing it to do as It wills. No individual can contain or fight off the vast psychic presence of Legion and its host.

-> Legion has an innate understanding of their bodies genetic and molecular makeup, and with this understanding they are able to alter their bodies shape, form, density and weight with a thought. What does this mean? Well to put it simply they can alter their form in almost any way imaginable. Turning parts or all their body into a substance as hard as diamond, changing their bodily structure so that it runs like water, increasing their weight to thousands of pounds while being no larger then an average human. In short their state of matter, atomic mass and everything in between can be in constant flux and there for can be changed on a whim. To put a limit on how much they can weigh ill use an arbitrary statistic. The average weight of the human population is 136.7 pounds, the number of individual souls in Legion is 2,222. Multiply them together and you get 303,747.4 pounds. That is how much they can weigh at any given time. They are also able to mitigate their weight to an almost weightless amount.

-> Legion is the master of the body and all its secrets and one of those secrets is that of bioelectricity. Where as the normal human body is capable on average of producing 11,000 watts per day, Legion can produce infinitely  more then that due to their demonic nature and their own innate understanding of their physical form. With this power It can control its own bioelectricity and shape it to its will. But whats more, he can slave other bioelectrical fields to his own and their for to its collective  will. This allows him to in essence control their bodies as if they where puppets, making them play to his own tune when ever he wishes. Though to use this application of this power he must first touch them.

Note: That while Legion is incredibility strong to the point of being unbeatable as a whole, he gets noticeably weaker when he splits into groups of any significant number. So at once he is very nearly the strongest of the Archdemons as well as the weakest by far.

All good here bar one thing, and I'm kind of sorry to push this on you but it's pretty required.

1] I know it's down as Mnemokinesis, and I'm an ass for doing this, but Belphegor's powers stretch beyond that and will into astral projection and astral possession. Everything here is golden and contextually REALLY fitting bar JUST that last ability. Perhaps change it to a complete reflection of another individual all down to voice and such, able to deceive almost anyone?

Considering this would technically allow you to hold a dominion over metals, flame, water, ice... even for an Archdemon, it encroaches too much into the territories of the others, so I can't accept the new properties of Convert.

Based on the overall concept of "biokineses" I would think it would be fine considering it falls into that.
