- The Hands of God come in the form of two matching rings, one on each index finger.
- The Armor of God is a simple crucifix that he wears on his neck at all times.
- The Wrath of God comes in the form of a tattoo on the palms of his hands. The left holds the symbol for "Fire" while the right holds the symbol for "Sulfur"
- Fountain of Youth is a small flask filled with water that he keeps strapped around his waist.

OVERVIEW:
- While in the world of mortal men, Amadeus is a rather frail and unassuming old man unable to support his own weight without the assistance of a cane or walker. But upon entering Inferis and initiating this augment, his physical handicap is eliminated. Amadeus activates the Hands of God by bringing the fronts of his rings together with a great amount of force and the effects are not only felt, but they can also be seen. The old man's muscles grow extremely defined and he becomes superhumanly strong. This augment, however does NOT mean he is able to lift things without the danger of collapsing beneath its weight. In order to keep his strength from destroying his body, Amadeus must use this in conjunction with the Armor of God.

In his current 87 year old form, Amadeus can lift up to 125 metric tons of weight. Anything beyond that, he risks crippling himself as his muscles begin to rip and tear, causing extreme suffering. If these injuries aren't treated shortly after they happen, he will die.

Here, I'll break down the specifics of the 87 year old's capabilities (Numbers in Tons).
1 to 25- Easy. It would be like lifting a pillow or schoolchild.

26 to 50- Light strain. Over extended periods of time, he would feel a light burn in his muscles.

51 to 75- Medium Strain. If he were to exercise with this amount of weight, he would definitely be hurting shortly after.

76 to 100- Heavy Strain. While Amadeus wouldn't exactly collapse under this weight, he would certainly have one hell of a time dealing with it. His veins would begin to pop, his face would turn red. It's possible to lift, but he would definitely struggle.

101 to 125- Full Strain. You know how most weightlifters scream and huff while getting out that last rep? Amadeus would be howling like a madman when trying to deal with this weight. Over an extended period of time, he would slowly drop down until his muscles simply failed on him and allow the massive weight to crush his body to paste. The Armor of God would protect him for a time... But there aren't many people who would be able to get the weight off of the man before the armor failed.

>125- Failure. Don't even try it, old man. You will kill yourself trying to lift this. Not a snowball's chance in hell. No dice. A camel would sooner pass through the eye of a needle.

Even though he can lift weights like this, he is still bound to the laws of physics. For example; with the right combination of muscles, a strongman can lift the chassis of a car and walk several meters with it. Now just because he can lift the car from its center that way doesn't mean he can pick it up and carry it at the bumper.

In his 50 year old form, Amadeus sacrifices half of his raw physical power for more maneuverability. Because of this, his maximum weight is 75 metric tons.
Here, I'll break down the specifics like before (still in tons)

1 to 15- Easy
16 to 30- Light Strain
31 to 45- Medium strain
46 to 60- Heavy Strain
60 to 75- Full Strain
>75- Failure

At 25, his strength drops considerably from 75 metric tons to a 'low' 10. While this is still a lot of weight by the average standards, he can hurt himself by underestimating how heavy a certain object is. When a person drops from 175 tons to 10, it's an understandable mistake. Fortunately for Amadeus, he is much quicker and more agile.

Once again, I'll go through the weight he can lift.

- Amadeus activates Armor of God through placing his left hand on the cross around his neck and squeezes the edges until it draws blood before reciting the words, "I put on the full armor of God, so that I can take my stand against the devil and those who hold him high." Once this prayer is finished, his body gives off a light blue aura. This is his armor and it gives him the durability to survive blows that would reduce the average human being to a bloody mess.

The amount of damage Amadeus can take depends on which state he is in.

When Amadeus is in his current 87 year old state, the Armor of God is at its absolute strongest. With it, he is able to shrug off things that are able to hurt or kill him in either of his younger states. But this hardy defense isn't without its weaknesses or handicaps. First of all, he is slow and his attacks are generally telegraphed. This state isn't the best for fighting small opponents by himself. It's mostly reserved for extremely large and powerful enemies capable of massive amounts of destruction or giant hordes of creatures.

But this doesn't mean that he is completely indestructible... While bullets, knives and other weapons would be useless on their own, certain elemental attacks are something else entirely. One would be able to take advantage of his need to breathe by depriving him of air. While heat and cold aren't too much of an issue, attacks composed of light are its true weakness. For if light couldn't pass through the protective aura, how would he be able to see?


At 50 years, the Armor simply cannot be pierced by any conventional means. Nothing made by man has any effect and he can even resist temperature extremes. Hell, he could even survive punches from someone just as strong as him. But energy attacks from high tier demons are much more likely to do real damage. The more energy used, the less effective his armor.

At 25 years old, he sacrifices most of his physical toughness and tenacity for flexibility and agility. He can survive up to 10 tons of blunt force, but it would definitely hurt. The average bullet could penetrate the outer layer of his skin and provide discomfort while a very sharp sword or knife could get just under it. If these weapons were enhanced with wind, fire, electricity, or light, Amadeus would have more trouble in dealing with the attack as it would create wounds like a blade would against the average uncovered flesh. Higher caliber bullets would bury themselves in his muscle tissue and cause more than a mild discomfort, turning to actual pain and a headshot from one of them is bound to crack his skull open. One shot wouldn't kill unless enhanced by an element... Or if it was composed of light. Then again, the armor is useless against all light based attacks.

But the Armor of God isn't only for physical assaults. Mental and Spiritual assaults would have little to no influence or power over him, for his spirit and mind belong to the Lord, God himself. If someone wanted to really get under his skin and take 'control' of Amadeus, it would be much easier to take advantage of those around that surround him. The ones that he hold closely to his heart...




- The Wrath of God is Amadeus' most powerful and devastating attack. By placing his hands together in prayer and reciting the words, "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." he calls upon the same holy fire that rained upon the sinners in Sodom and Gomorrah. The radius is quite large at 400 meters with him as the focus, but damage done is directly proportionate to where Amadeus is standing.

0-100 meters= Devastating amounts of destruction. Large soccer balls of burning sulfur rain like hail and burn its victims to the bone. If the initial impact of fire isn't enough to simply kill, the flames are sure to make everyone touched by it suffer.

100-200 meters= Heavy, yet not terrible amounts of destruction. The size of the holy hail is reduced to that of a baseball. It is enough to crack open the skull of an average human being, but the major danger is to the environment and creatures touched by God's flame.

200-300 meters= Medium amounts of damage. The hail's size is reduced to that of a grape. While the danger of being killed through blunt trauma is reduced, there are still two things a being must worry about; being burned and simply suffocating. Sulfur dioxide is a deadly thing and can be easily missed by those without some knowledge of chemistry. This gas, in high quantities, causes a life-threatening accumulation of fluid in the lungs. This is known as a Pulmonary Edema. Coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, difficulty with breathing and a tightness in the chest are all symptoms of SO2 exposure. The gas is corrosive to the skin and; blistering, waxy white or yellow skin, burning, tissue death and infection are symptoms. It is also extremely dangerous for the eyes. SO2 irritates and burned the eyes of it's victims and blindness is a very realistic result.

300-400 meters= No burning damage whatsoever besides a light irritation. The only danger is SO2 exposure.

Because of the devastating power brought by this technique, Amadeus can only use it in times of desperation(Once per thread). If he is interrupted at any point during the chanting, the attack simply will not happen. Amadeus MUST finish the verse. Once the verse is done and the destruction starts, it will continue as long as he is able to keep the palms of his hands together. If they are forced apart at any time, the raining fire will cease immediately.

Since there is a large amount of focus required to perform the Wrath of God, no other augments may be activated while using this technique. He must stay in his frail human form. This makes him an extremely easy target. In order for Wrath of God to be viable in a combat situation, Amadeus needs to be protected by someone or something for the duration of the attack.

- By taking a single sip from his flask, Amadeus reverts to about 50 years of age. While in this form Amadeus is; much stronger and able to take more punishment than his older self. With a second sip, he goes all the way back to when he was in his physical prime at 25 years of age. In this form he is; faster, more flexible and much more attractive. His gray hair returns to its former dark brown glory and his complexion changes to that of a young man. He isn't naturally powerful like he was at 50, but the other augments more than make up for that particular handicap. Unfortunately, he is completely unrecognizable to anybody unless they have known him when he was that young. The thing that makes this augment so useful is how he still retains all of the knowledge and training that came with his many years in the Templar order, but now he can use it all with deadly efficiency.

Each sip from the flask forces him into an even younger state. If someone were to, say, force it down his throat, Amadeus could be reduced to an infant! Luckily for him, he will change from stage to stage every 24 hours. For example; if he were to take two sips of from the flask, he would spend one day in his 25 year old form and one day in his 50 year old form before changing back to his original state.

In the event that he exits Inferis with time left on his counter, Amadeus does not remain in that state upon re-entry. He will remain in his original form and must take more sips from the flask.

1] Fountain of Youth: It's a very nice ability and one that given Amadeus' status as the Grandmaster I'm perfectly happy to approve. However - it needs further clarification on its usage and limits. After how long does Amadeus revert to his original form?

2] Armor of God: Same thing. A lot of clarification required, and I'd suggest giving this a small - exploitable though not obvious - weakness.

3] Hands of God: Finally, once more, just clarify a weight limit for what he can lift with ease, and maybe one for an absolute limit.

So, should he revert to Earth with his CrossGear with 10 hours remaining in his 50 year old form, he'll simply just revert to his human form? What about if he crossed back over to Inferis moments later? Would he have to use the flask again and restart the whole thing? Or does the time period maintain even when he's on Earth?
