DESCRIPTION:
Sporting short, straight black hair, Jinhong stands at about 5'6" with brilliant red eyes.  After she's been in a battle with demons or some other idiot, they almost seem to glow with a faint radiance.  Perhaps its because of their lineage, or perhaps its just a trick of the light.  Either way, its a random interesting fact.  Just like how she has a red rose tattooed on the back of her right shoulder.  

Her build is like that of an athlete with powerful legs and lean muscle all over her body, slightly softened by her smooth skin.  She definitely has a curvaceous figure but nothing too extreme, just enough for most to find it a bit surprising in an asian woman.  She may just flash these people a brilliant smile with those full lips of hers, giggling as she shrugs her shoulders before turning away from them.  

When wandering around on our plane, she's usually wearing something casual or relaxed; skirts, shorts, sweaters, whatever is both comfortable, practical, and somewhat fashionable in her tastes.  When in Inferis?  It's a completely different story.  Combat gear, boots, boots, she may as well be in the army.  Except she doesn't have the giant backpack, it would get in the way.  No, she keeps it simple to things she might be able to fit in pouches on her belt or various pockets scattered around her clothes, but thats it.  She'll also often sport a crimson scarf and a rose pinned into her hair.

Jinhong is half of a whole, and she would be lost without her twin sister.  While she is the more serious of the pair, she can be just as much smiles as Pulean.  She loves to run around, to be athletic, to feel her blood pounding so strongly through her veins.  In essence, she loves to feel alive.  She doesn't want to think of the bad, to dwell upon it or anything to the sort.  She'd much rather go to the beach and be silly with her twin and some friends than do that.

That isn't to say she'll run away from reality when the going gets tough (like in physical fights, arguments, etc).  She just sort of locks herself away and becomes far more serious and almost brutally logical.  When its a social situation, she normally lets her sister handle it, but the fighting?  The fighting is her forte.  She almost falls into a frenzy when she gets to kill demons or ritualists. If there is one thing that she hates more than anything else, it would be those two things.  It's like a berserker, she goes into a blind blood rage that consumes their enemies until they are gone.  Once they are gone, she takes a few moments to stand there, most often covered in blood before straightening up and smiling again.  Her temper doesn't get like that when she gets frustrated at someone, though it will if they have threatened her sister, or a friend.  Then… well.. head for the hills.  

Enough about blood and darkness though.  When she isn't being athletic or silly, she can be found trying to help out somewhere because she loves to help people.  It's a calling of sorts for her. Her sister likes to help others as well, however she has her own way of doing it instead which is fine.  They may be of practically identical genetic material, but they are their own people.  Its sort of like how she's more of the introvert and her sister is more of the extrovert.  Maybe she's more introverted because she doesn't want to show people how much some things affect her.  

Out of the two sisters, she is the strategist, the technician, and intellectual.  Sometimes she has her ditzy moments, but those are few and far between (usually when flustered).  She knows how to talk to people, but its really her sisters forte and she's perfectly fine with that.  

At the moment, she is doing her best to work on how painfully shy she gets around new people.  She's trying to open up more and be willing to take that first step and actually move the conversation along.  She's trying to be more like Pulean in how easy it is for her sister to talk to people.  She is also far more aware of how her berserker rage can get her in trouble when in Inferis because of the events that happened that caused the Nephilim to be formed.  She is.... afraid... that she'll accidentally kill an innocent if her sister isn't around to stop her.  After all, she almost killed Jerome.

HISTORY:
Two babies wriggled together in the arms of the nurse and doctor that held them in the hospital, their mother still sweaty and panting on the bed as they cleaned her.  A father stands at her side, holding her hand while watching the doctor and nurse take the girls away to be cleaned and tested.  They come back a few moments later with the two babes wrapped up in blankets, both of them opening their eyes as they are placed in their parents arms.  One has brilliant red eyes, and the other a soft sapphire.  A third nurse comes up to the parents with a clipboard to ask, "What are the names?"  

The two parents look at each other, the mother with a tired but happy smile, and the father overjoyed.  "Pulean and Jinhong."

That was the day that they were born with only seconds separating their stepping into the world.  They were raised together, they played together, they learned together.  There was no separating them ever.  At school they were identical with the same clothes, same hairstyle, same voices.  The only difference was their eyes.  One red, the other blue.  Some asked them why that was, and the pair only looked at each other before giggling and looking back at the questioner, "Makes it easy to tell us apart!" They answer at the same time.  

There was no need to tell anyone else about their heritage, or how else they were different.  If someone got to know them well enough, it was obvious what the differences were.  Jinhong was always the quieter one, immediately taking to physical activities like sports and dancing.  She was better at science, especially biology and chemistry.  But neither twin hated the fact that one was better at something than the other.  They complimented each other, and they had each other.  What else mattered?  

When they both turned sixteen, their powers manifested themselves.  They had been out with their parents, talking about… family history to make a long story short.  Their parents knew that their powers would appear soon, they just had no idea that they would show themselves in the middle of their discussion!   For a few days, they had traveled to Washington, D.C. to see the sights and museums.  They were strolling at midday, their mother just explaining about how they each had their own abilities when Jinhong suddenly heard her sister in her head as if she were speaking.  Except… she wasn't speaking.  Not with her mouth.  Pulean had her own reaction, and their parents stared at them in disbelief.  They had forgotten that there was a tear so close by.  

From that moment on, they immediately enrolled their daughters in whatever fighting style and/or weapon they wanted.  Jinhong was drawn to the sword, and so she went to learn.  Their parents began to teach them more and more about what they knew of Demon Hunting, admitting about what they would go out and do on occasion (why they had come home late, etc).  Jinhong found a fresh outlet and puzzles to unfold, practicing and sparring with her sister.  

It was when they were twenty-one that a very dark day came.  They were in DC again for their fathers business when they encountered the tear again.  And they weren't alone.  There were Ritualists there and one was possessed by something rather… nasty.  Once their parents realized this, they jumped in with their daughters in tow to try and stop whatever they were attempting to bring through.  It…. didn't go well.  They were successful, but at a price.  That was when Jinhong discovered how her blood was poisonous to the demons, her berserker rage, and loss.  The twins dragged their parents back through and rushed them to the hospital.  

Their father didn't make it.  

Their mother remains in a coma to this day, and this is what spurned Jinhong's ultimate hate of the beasts.  If she didn't have Pulean there to talk sense into her, she probably would have jumped into fighting and only fighting, getting herself killed in the process.  Pulean made Jinhong finish her final year of college so she could graduate with her degree while she worked.  It was…. difficult for her to do so, but she quickly found how she could try to apply it in Inferis against those bastards.  

When they aren't demon hunting, they do have their own jobs.  Jinhong somehow found herself as an instructor with a LARPing group for kids which was rather perfect honestly.  She could teach them how to fight each other with foam weapons (safely of course), and strategy.  And… the acting and improv was honestly very relaxing.  It's helped to bring her out of her shell and pain.  

It is now February, and the twins have moved to DC for convenience purposes.  First, both of them have had important interactions there that have now changed the course of their lives.  And... well... why not?  But we are getting ahead of ourselves.  Jinhong has taken to getting jobs where she can while Pulean is on tour because there isn't much more that she CAN do to be helpful in terms of money.  All she does is keep track of their expenses, look into area's beforehand, and then act as guard if necessary.  While in DC in January for a tour of her sister's, Jinhong happened to come across a boy in a coffee shop one particular morning.  That boy happened to be Lazarus Carter, a demon hunter who was new to the trade.  They conversed (and she actually succeeded in talking with a human being on her own!), and he asked if she and her sister would be willing to help him with the extermination of a particular demon den that he and a friend had discovered.  She agreed.  Then they ended up happening across a shop with a demonology book in the window that immediately caught her eye.  She strode inside without a second thought.  SO when she looked up and discovered that it was a sex shop, she was rather.... embarrassed.  Though that was how the twins met Jerome.  They also recruited him to help them on their endeavor in Inferis, and found another demon hunter to add to their potential co-workers so to speak.

Then the day came when the hunt was to commence.  Sadly, she couldn't scout the area beforehand like she wanted to, but they were pulled together and at the time there wasn't anything she could do about it.  They snuck through the Entropic Chasm to the den of Aviaxes that lay within.  She let her berserker rage go there, and quickly went to work.  It had been her, Yuuko, and Jerome at the forefront of the assault with Lazarus and her sister covering them from a distance.  What she didn't expect, however, was how Demon-like Jerome was going to become in that place.  Once they had cleared the Aviaxes outside, she almost cut his head clean off and it was a shout from her sister that brought her back to her senses.  She still feels horrible about that, but not as bad as what happened next.  They went inside to take care of the rest, only to find that a band of soldiers was already there taking them down.  They joined the fray since Lazarus had.  Jinhong noted her sisters reluctance to, though she was also taking care of Yuuko whom had been badly wounded in the fight.  Once it was all said and done, and the enemies were no more, the man leading the soldiers turned and began to talk pleasantly with Lazarus.  Except... the twins were immediately on edge.  There was only one other group that would be down in Inferis hunting demons that was this militaristic.  Templars.  

Sure enough, they were then told to surrender or be captured, and of course they resisted.  Jinhong killed a man in order to let them escape, and she still doesn't feel a damn thing from it.  What still haunts her was how Jerome was left behind.  They didn't all get out together.  THAT is what bothers her still.  But now it is February, and the twins live in DC in a quaint little apartment.  They have just received word that a member of their extended family is in the area, and is planning on meeting them...  *To be Continued....*

Almost always works with her twin, Pulean (The Blue Rose), though the pair has been known to work with others on occasion.  Only if asked, however.  They are wary of spontaneous ones unless the situation demands it.

1] Okay, you say that their skills manifest in Golden Gate Park, which, if I'm right, is in San Francisco - this couldn't happen, pretty much, because in order for a Demon Hunter's skills to manifest, they have to be in range of a tear. So DC is probably your best bet.

2] Might be worth clarifying whether her blood is toxic or corrosive-poisonous. If it's corrosive, that'll undoubtedly do more damage than toxic - unless you're planning on really fucking up those vampire demons.

Aside from that, all looks really good, Vi! Laz wants to RP with her already.

Ok, fixed both of those things. Wasn't sure if the Ritualist encounter that took their parents was an issue either so.... I fixed that to DC too?

Either way, Jinhong and Pulean are so ready to RP. Mammon is just.... blah. xD She doesn't care right now lol.

If you don't at least use the phrase "Wonder Twin Powers Activate" once I am going to be seriously disappointed.
