DESCRIPTION:

Jean is a handsome man, there is no other way to put it. With mid length wavy chocolate brown hair, warm eyes the color of honey and a smile that could melt a virgins inhibitions at fifty paces(This has happened on at least one occasion) Jean is the full package or so it seems. After all how could one doubt a man whose very voice speaks of sincerity and warmth, who also happens to have a face of an angel? Though not everything is perfect in his land down under. As a young child he suffered horrible burns to much of his lower half, and while it all healed it left massive scaring on his crotch and abdominal region.

As a rather handsome and charming individual he tends to dress to impress, with various styles of suits, jackets, vests and hats usual done is darker colors. These are often times accented by various accessories, from pocket watches(And wrist watches) and handkerchiefs to cuff links, necklaces, rings and other jewelry. Generally these are some sort of "good luck" charms and are some how related to luck, gambling or fate(Examples being four leaf clover lapel pins, dice cuff links, playing card necklace). As for shoes well, they tend to be somewhat sensible though they always somehow manage to match what hes wearing.

On ether wrist he has wolf skull tattoos that where placed there after he bonded with his demon, these along with a wheel of fate on his back make up the only tattoos he currently has though he is planning on getting more.  

While in Inferis Jean gets something of a makeover, his generally tidy appearance is replaced with something far more... Primal. His clothing is replaced with tough black leathers that have an almost armor like appearance, his hair grows slightly longer and gets a more shaggy look to it and his teeth sharpen almost to points in his mouth. All in all he takes on a far more demonic and wolfish appearance while inhabiting Inferis.

PERSONALITY:

ALWAYS bet on red: While not a man of habit, Jean is superstitious almost to a fault. Firmly believing that if he fails to act on one of his little rituals bad luck WILL fall on him. Oddly enough, when ever hes not fallowed through with one of his superstitions something bad happened almost immediately afterword(An example being when ever he bets on black he loses)! So, i guess you could say while hes a man that likes to fallow certain routines in very certain situations.

Heads or Tail?: Life is a gamble! Theres no other way to put it, no matter what we do in our daily life we make choices based on nothing more then sheer random chance. Jean almost embraces this and has come to understand that while everything is at least some what random, there is a sort of order to the chaos about them. He understands this and does not try to control the world about him, instead he gos with the flow looking for the patterns that eventually arise so that he can better predict to future.

Pick a Card! Any Card!: We live in a random world that can at times be impossible to predict! Its a simple fact that you wont see every curve in the road nor ever card fate will deal us. But you can try! After all, there is such a thing as counting cards and life is no different from a high stakes game of poker... Right? RIGHT!?!

The Queen has my Heart!: Jean is a lover and a romantic as well as claiming to be something of a southern gentleman, and though it doesn't always show it happens to be true. Theres nothing the man loves more the wooing some woman for no better reason then because she is a woman! After all, every single one of them is a beautiful goddess, and someone has to treat them as such!

A little added Note: As of level two, nothing has really happened to alter Jeans personality. Though at times there seems to be a tad more fire in him. Whether of not this is a good thing has yet to be seen... But the next few months should prove interesting for him and those about him for in the vary least.  

DEMON PERSONALITY:

Blood for Blood: Do onto others as they do onto you. Its as simple as that, if an enemy seeks to destroy you then you had better destroy them first, if someone seeks to steal your mate then you make sure they are unable to, and if someone challenges you for power well... You make sure they don't walk away from that fight. After all if someone you've beaten is allowed to live they WILL come back for vengeance, and you may not be able to fend them off a second time.

The Pack is our Strength: You are only as strong as the weakest in your back. This is a fact of life, and rather then let it be a weakness make it your strength. Share with and teach those that are weaker then you, in doing so you will better not only their but your own chances at survival.

Passion Rules Reason: Angry or not, don't let your rage fill your soul and cloud your judgment. To do so invites death to not only your self but those who rely on you. Let your rage fuel you for sure, let it drive you and give you strength, but never let its fire consume you... For as any creature of the forest knows, fire leads to destruction.

Tonight we Hunt: The hunt and the quest for survival is the most important aspect of existence , it keeps all life infernal or otherwise balanced and working. Do not upset it, for it is this balance that protects and nurtures all of us no matter what plan of existence. It is through this that we gain our strength, it is through this that we understand our purpose in this life and all others.

HISTORY:
"C'mon boy move them legs of yours!" His grandfathers words rang out over the swampy water through which they trudged, the murk nearly coming up to the young boys chest. "Yesum grandpa, be right the're" Every step was a struggle for him, yet he tracked on a smile on his face regardless of what he was being forced to do. In fact the young Jean had come to love these late night walks through the swamp with his grandfather, the elderly man had a story for every rock, every log and every gator that lived in that swamp and with every tale came a lesson of some sort of importance. He learned to respect nature and the creatures and plants that made the landscape their home... But whats more he learned to respect the spirits that also made their home there.

It was an odd education to be sure, but as he grew and he learned more he found that it felt... Right. Though at times it did feel off somehow, though that was mostly caused by the duality of the world he lived in, one modern one ancient both just as real as the other. And as his grandfather taught him the ways of the land of of his religion, school and the world beyond the swamp taught him of science, mathematics and most importantly people.

Time passed as it often does and little changed for the boy, he trained in the arts and rituals his family had practiced for generations, he went to school and learned of the modern world. Jean lived his life and did everything he could to better it, even from a young age. Then almost suddenly he was in high school which for him where some of the best and worst years of his life.  Early on he joined the swim team, having shown a talent for the sport since he was but a child and soon he was the only freshman on the varsity team. This helped him rise to the top of the social hierarchy at the school, but it wasn't the only thing. His natural charm and sheer force of personality where more then enough to get a person to like him though his looks didn't hurt. This is also the time when he first found his love for games of chance.

His home life on the other hand was not so ideal. His grandfather had redoubled his efforts to teach him the ways of his religion, and in the end the old man was more successful then even he could have predicted. It was during his senior year, that with his grandfathers help Jean communed with the spirits for the first time, drawing in the Loa that had been the patron of their family since time out of mind. The spirit of the Moon Hunter, Father Wolf himself. It was a savage communion but also one of great and profound insight. He ran wild through the swamps, his body as swift and sure as that of a wolf, his senses sharper then any human could ever dream of. He learned the true names of things, their uses, and he learned of the great hunt.

When he came back to reality he was covered in the muck and smell of the swamp but he felt free... He felt the power of the wolf flowing through his veins. From that day forward he was connected to the Moon Hunter and he to him and with this new found strength he excelled like never before. Though like with all great things it did come with a price... Or as some would say a curse. His temper which had always been something of a problem for the young man became even greater as the primal beast that was now bounded to him influenced his personality.  

After graduation he went to college, which is where his passion for swimming finally took him to some where greater then even he could have imagined. The Olympics. In 1998 at the age of 18 he was added to the roster for the United States swim team. For the next two years he trained and trained and trained tell he was as good as he could be, and in the Olympics all the hard work he put into the sport payed off with him going home with a silver and gold medal. He was an American hero for all of a week.

After that well, he fell from the lime light and focused on his schooling, graduating 5th in his class in 2005 which a bachelors in both communications and chemistry. It was during this schooling period that he first came into contact with the FBI and was given a chance to join soon after graduation having shown proficiency in all of the skills that would make him a good if not great agent. Assigned to the serial crimes unit, Jean soon became something of a rising star bagging killer after killer and rapist after rapist, his more then human abilities combined with those of Moon Hunter made the tracking and capture of these individuals easier then it would have been otherwise.  

Nothing much of note has happened in those past few months, though there have been a few interesting occurrences. One of which was far more pleasurable then the other. During his trip to London for some much needed R&R he happened upon a rather nice little strip club, who's bartender was far better looking then any of the dancers. Well it turned out that she happened to be the star attraction. After a little flirting, touching and the most erotic lap dance of his life they had vanished for the night. The next day of course they had parted ways likely never to see each other again after that one night stand. After that he found him self traveling through Inferis, on his way home from his rather relaxing vacation and it was on this return trip that he came across Bastion an aggressive demon hunter with whom he had shared a meal with. Sadly the companionship did not last when the older man had found out what he was, in the end not wanting to harm the other man Jean had run... Eventually making it back to D.C. and his life once again returned to normal.

The number of demon wolves called to them varies from area to area, but as a rule it no fewer then four and no more then twenty.  

WEAKNESSES:
-Curse of Mother Luna: Injuries created by silver weapons take much longer to heal and often cause much more sever damage then their more mundane counterparts. Though touching silver does not cause harm unless said silver was inherited from a family member. Silver of that nature causes incredible pain and touching it causes his flesh to burn.
-Lunacy: When the moon is full in the sky Jean has a much harder time controlling the demon inside, in fact he may not even want to for every part of him screams to let loose and let the rage fill him. At times of great stress he WILL lose control of him self and become nothing more then a blood hungry beast. Now its even harder for him to manage any sort of control during the full moon, and any sort of confrontation will set him into his rage.
-Curse of Father Wolf: A person who wears a wolfsbane pendant is warded against his enhanced senses, as well as touching said plant or being touched with said plant causes great physical pain.
-Blood Thirsty: Ever since his bounding he has had a taste for bloody red meat, and some times that urge gets the better of him.
-Rage: While something of a strength and driving force behind his personality his anger often gets the better of him... And its often more violent then it needs to be.
-Gambling Addict: Jean cant help but make bets and wagers of any kind and he just LOVES games of chance.
-Superstitious: The man takes his superstitions seriously, and will go out of his way to make sure he doesn't break taboo.
