DESCRIPTION:
He looks like a CIA agent, with his CIA agent hair of whiteness, which he got from one time over being so stressed over the price of a harlot he paid, only to accidentally discharge on her... not with his penis, more like with his gun, not that he didn't do either or, just in that order. He had to dispose of her body, AND his fancy car, in some river, which he spent a year's salary on, but the point being, he was REALLY stressed. Also has a ripped athletic build, which he got from outrunning the angry fathers of the many disappointed women whom he erm... showed magic tricks to. Also exercised. That too. Only outrunning fathers is an inconsistent exercise in regards to cardio. He is really pale, and tends to wear a suit, with a sweater. Tends to differentiate on missions. Has numerous hidden compartments on him, and on his suit, to store his gadgets and stuff. It's not that all CIA agents do that, it's just that he is the only one who is a spy movie flick affecianado to actually do that, which is weird. As Hell. Also wears loafers and socks. He has a kind expression on his face, which tends to make people trust him quite fast, and icy blue eyes, that are kind and gentle (contrary to his assholish persona). Wears leather gloves too so not to leave prints.

PERSONALITY:
The very gentle and soft demeanored Bob is not in fact gentle or have a soft demeanor. He more like sees everything well within scopes of his own centric eyes. He doesn't really find much care besides for the thrill of the action, which was why he joined the CIA in the first place. Though it isn't like he sees a lot of bright side with everything, that is when there aren't any bright sides to go on. But nonetheless a hedonist and a notorious man known for really getting around, whom lives for the moment, not really that dedicated towards planning in the long run. Doesn't help he is an alcoholic with a SERIOUS emotional issue with intimacy and actual commitment. Mostly a result of his lack of taking pills that help inhibit his rather... lewd senses.

He also has a disturbingly lack of conformity to social conventions in circumstances that would say inappropriate. Bob plays to however he feels like on a whimsical note, lacking any sort of moral compass to dwell upon. It is not to say that he is moral at all or has ethics, just a lack of it since he honestly does not care about those things, or many things for that matter, besides bitches, and cash, and getting stuff. HE DOESN'T KNOW. He just does things, despite having quite high intelligence and perfect analytic abilities. Perceptive too. But rather deluded, so bored with normal spy stuff that he considers making numerous delusions of grandeur, and how there are ex-KGB plots to assassinate him even though there aren't, which is to say... he has an inflated sense of self-importance that he seems to hold to himself even though he isn't. Everyone else around him are not people, but merely talking meat sacks that fill HIS world, not him being one of many that are in a world. Essentially, he will kill a person without caring about them or anything really. It's all for part of the nation, liberty, freedom, and all that hocky claptrap bullshit that others believe in, which he doesn't care about, he is just in it for the fun.

HISTORY:
How did Bob come to be born? Who is he really? Why is his history not told? Where did he operate? Was he from the Cold War era sense of activities? And just WHY DOES HE KEEP VISITING BROTHELS?! Those are the kinds of questions people ask if they knew Bob was a CIA agent, whom is really a loose cannon in the agency, but gets the job done... somewhat. Who knows? His origins or rather his debut role started in Operation Clusky, in Somalia, 1991, finding himself operating there far before the conflict as the Soviets were said to have a presence there giving some sort of top secret experiments to the militants there. It is perhaps a last ditch effort of theirs? Who knows? He and alongside other of the Special Activities Division dropped within Jundi valley, and fought through the vast forces of Somalians there alongside a few Spetsnaz agents. Bob MAY have destroyed a LOT of things and went trigger happy, but he made his catch up as he saved his superior from Colonel Jakov. The man seemed out of it, as if he was on PCP, the Colonel tanked through several bullets despite bleeding out horribly, he charged like a maniac. Bob eliminated this target with liberal application of superior firepower alongside the other agents as they downed this person, whom gave them all an eery feeling. They came across several occultist papers and various other documents the Soviets wrote down, set the facility to explode, took out the classified information, and evacuated. Bob got a medal and a contract to never speak of what he saw there alongside others, which he dutifully held, and he was paid. TOO BAD HE SPENT IT ALL ON CELEBRATORY HOOKERS. But anyways, he worked on OTHER classified operations, till he lost his superior. Promoted in his place, he soon received his own partner, as it turns out, she was his niece from his maternal side, as he found out amusingly enough, as he has come to start his adventure anew. Just not without supervision from his close eyed superior THIS TIME.
